  Didn't get refund I was supposed to receive. Had 3 orders canceled and refunded due to insured value being listed wrong. Only one of the refunds we credited back to my card still waiting on other 2. Manger said it would be refunded by 5pm the same day its now going on 3 days.

  Honestly, I could not have had a better experience with custom printing at this location. I’m not sure what people have experienced in the past, but I received customer service (in the last hours of a Sunday shift, no less) that was kind, professional, and swift. I will use this location again!
