  Want to start by giving a shoutout to a younger girl with brown hair, and an older woman who were both very kind to me behind the counter. Once my sub was handed to the manager for veggies she was so rude. She asked if I wanted any veggies, but I asked if I could please have some salt and pepper first. Her response was to just raise her voice at me and say the same thing again while rolling her eyes. The store seemed dirty and the front door was left wide open so plenty of flies everywhere. Enter at your own risk I guess.

  3 slivers of onions; anything more is $.50? If you ask for 2 sauces on a sandwich, that's extra? "Shortage" of pizza until the end of April? Things can be taken off a signature sandwich, but adding anything is an upcharge? (I can see meat but veg; what's the difference vs building from scratch?) Constantly run out of things because they're not doing proper inventory; they're culling from the other stores. Chronically understaffed although lots of people come in asking for job. Adults are ghosted in favor of high school kids because their wage is lower. If owner or DM is there, friendly customer service goes out the window. He's a bit cold and she's dismissive. One bathroom has been out of order for months due to water problem. If a lightbulb blows, it takes weeks. Been coming for a year...all done.
