  Only a 3 star for two reasons firstly I wanna say how rude the one lady up there is can’t remember her name she’s skinny and wears glasses to many times to count on my fingers she has given rude costumer service we was sitting there waiting as well for our turn someone called and the way she talked to them and hung up in the middle of thier conversation was very very rude if that was me I would’ve cussed her out so quickly but for me I had just got my first iPhone I was asking questions and keep getting snarky comments back and eye rolls But the other worker , Tiffany is a great person you have working there any questions I needed answered or any phone issues she was right in it to help me !

  Took my sister in to get a new phone. Her previous phone was so old that it took a long time to transfer the data. Dani was the most helpful, knowledgeable person, my sister was overwhelmed with everything Dani did for her. Dani’s customer service was outstanding.

  Annexing customer service! The employee Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made my experience from a 71 year old man amazing quick and easy. Highly recommend Tiffany.

  If you have the pleasure of working with Tiffany 10/10 recommend going here, she's the best, not pushy, and will do what she can to help! ☺️ and the reason this is a 5 star review! My husband is going to try transferring back to cricket soon and I even recommended my best friend that lives farther away to switch and I would see if Tiffany is working before coming this way! On the other hand if the other girl is working 😬 do like she said to us before and "go to Medina they're lovely people." Because she's rude and very unwelcoming. I've been with Cricket itself since I was a teenager and never had a poor experience so I knew that this was a employee problem not the company but people that don't know that it would push them to go else where. 🤷🏽‍♀️
