  Took my sister in to get a new phone. Her previous phone was so old that it took a long time to transfer the data. Dani was the most helpful, knowledgeable person, my sister was overwhelmed with everything Dani did for her. Dani’s customer service was outstanding.

  Annexing customer service! The employee Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made my experience from a 71 year old man amazing quick and easy. Highly recommend Tiffany.

  If you have the pleasure of working with Tiffany 10/10 recommend going here, she's the best, not pushy, and will do what she can to help! ☺️ and the reason this is a 5 star review! My husband is going to try transferring back to cricket soon and I even recommended my best friend that lives farther away to switch and I would see if Tiffany is working before coming this way! On the other hand if the other girl is working 😬 do like she said to us before and "go to Medina they're lovely people." Because she's rude and very unwelcoming. I've been with Cricket itself since I was a teenager and never had a poor experience so I knew that this was a employee problem not the company but people that don't know that it would push them to go else where. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  My husband and I are so happy we stopped in today. Dani helped us out so much. We had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all, was so nice and made it a great experience. Thanks so much!

  If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, Tiffany is the reason we drive the extra 20 minutes! She used to help us at the Cricket store in Akron, and when she moved locations, she actually reached out to my wife and me to let us know where she was going. That level of care and dedication is something you don’t see every day. We were so excited to see Tiffany’s face again because she always goes above and beyond to help us. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. No matter what we need, she makes the process easy and enjoyable. Employees like Tiffany are the reason customers stay loyal. We will gladly make the extra drive every time just to work with her. Cricket Wireless is lucky to have her on their team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended
