  My family uses this UPS store at 8472 Washington Street for its excellent customer service. With both an easy self-service option and front desk service, we can quickly have packages processed. The staff is exceptional--they always greet us warmly and are knowledgeable, polite, and patient with our questions. The staff work efficiently to process the personal items we send as well as our returns to vendors. They are simply the best at what they do. I use them several times a month, and appreciate their consistently excellent, friendly service. Highest of recommendations--5 Stars.

  I had a fantastic experience at this UPS Store! The team did an outstanding job packing my items — careful, secure, and clearly done with attention to detail. The customer service was excellent from start to finish; everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. On top of that, they designed a flyer for me and the print quality was impressive. They brought my vision to life and the final product looked polished and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend!

  UPS delivers to the wrong address almost every time. It is more surprising when our packages are delivered correctly. No one has been able to resolve this issue for the past 5 years despite repeated conversations with customers service. I actively avoid ordering products that use UPS for delivery.
