  Okay, let's get into it. It was an online order at a Subway in a Walmart. There was no stand where you pick up your bag & go. I had to wait & finally grab grab someone's attention. She threw my order on the counter, not a word, just totally ignored me. My MISTAKE was not checking the bag before I left. Now this was a BOGO footlong promo. When I opened the bag in the car, here's what I found: I'm not on a diet, but I would I would be, eating at Subway. The bun looked suspiciously small (my wife agreed with that). The layer of turkey was painfully thin--so were the toppings and condiments. Bear with me ( I know this is long). I have a theory (maybe I'm right--or not), that when they have a BOGO, or any special, they purposely cut down on the amount of food they give you. Which, in retrospect, might be a blessing, because their food is "nothing to write home about." So, that's it. We're gone, gone, gone. Just like fish in the sea, there's lots of other sub shops out there...

  The girl with red hair who works there was verry nice, quick and professional. She was working by herself dealing with all the online orders including mine and she did an awsome job. Such a great worker and great food. Thank you.

  I placed an online order. Sandwiches were wrong. Missing items and was told “I don’t know what we can do for you.” Terrible customer service!
