  Wasn’t greeted when i walked in so i greeted the staff and they just stared at me and continued their conversation while slowly putting on gloves. The girl who i believe is the GM started my sub order. asked me what i wanted i said a 6”; footlong and kids side sub on italian herb and cheese. she refused to put the kids size on italian herb and cheese and as she was cutting the bread instead of asking me what kind of sub i wanted she told her co worker “idk she hasn’t said what she wants yet”. So still without even asking what kind of meat i wanted i just told her because i heard her say that to her co worker. Just overall a very uncomfortable ordering experience. First time i’ve not tipped. 0/10 for the customer service.

  They got nice new oven things and new cooler and new soda tower, everything else is terrible. There use to be the same lady all the time who I saw post about wanting help all the time..haven’t seen her and this place has gone way down

  the young lady that was there first off she was loud not only with me but with other customers I don't know if she's tone deaf or whatever the case I don't know I heard her tell the other young lady to start on the online order which that was me the bread was already sitting on the counter I had been standing there 5 minutes already the young lady got ready to fix my sandwich and I said is that for the online order for and I told her my name and she said yes and I said I don't want that bread can I have another piece of bread the other young lady the loud one came over and said there's absolutely nothing we can change about a online order I told her there's a first time for everything how about she eat that bread because I want another piece I got my other piece of bread but I will never be visiting the store again
