  One of the most horrible UPS stores I have ever dealt with. The boys servicing the store are rude, demeaning and very unhelpful. I miss the old staff and the old management. I wouldn’t mind AI replacing these people(especially since it looks like they don’t want to be there)

  NEVER USE this location as their staff is clueless. I had to have an item delivered no later than Thursday, I told the clerk and they never told me it wasn't guaranteed nor did they tell me that they were sending the package via USPS. If i wanted to use the post office, i would have gone to the post office. I went to UPS. So frustrated and can't even get my money back. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DON'T TAKE ANY CHANCES, GO TO FED EX ..
