Very disappointing experience. I ordered two subs and both were basically bread with a few toppings thrown on. They were extremely light on the meat and barely added any toppings, even when asked. For the price, it honestly felt like we were paying for bread more than an actual sandwich.
Subway has really taken a turn for the worse. The quality and portions are nowhere near what they used to be, and the customer service didn’t help. The girl working the counter seemed unhappy, unfriendly, and like she did not want to be there at all.
Overall, not a good experience and definitely not worth the money.

Waited over a half hour for an online order last time I was here. There was nobody in line when I arrived. The guy was so slow that some people even left. The same guy is here currently. I have been waiting over 20 minutes now for an online order. Not acceptable.

Not upset, but maybe there should be someone in the store when it is open. Came in at 5:30 and no one was there.
