    Man working the counter was rude, unsanitary, worked with absolutely no urgency and everything we asked for seemed to be an issue for him. Not to mention he was NOT wearing a hair net to hold back his disgusting greasy hair that he was letting in his face and hang over all the food. 0/10 would not go back.

    We ordered subs at 3pm the app said it would be ready at 350pm we got there at 4pm no one in the store except the girl behind the counter and she hadn't started the subs she said she had to wait for another employee to get there mind you it's 4 subs all the same and 2 protein pockets the app wouldn't let me cancel she couldn't get a manager to cancel on the phone so the only option was to wait which was going to be at least another hour. I left to make sure my husband was ok with that and returned and she was telling a customer that had just walked in that asked her how her day was that it was great because she just had an online order that she didn't want to make cancel. She got really quiet when she saw me in line after. After a total of 3 hours we got our food and every sub was wrong and missing something from tomatoes to double meat. Now I can't get the manager, owner, or the app to call me back and fix it.

    Put little ingredients on my sub, wrong bread. Really disappointed. Please do better
