Horrible customer service! This was my first experience of being told at a subway that I could not have veggies on my sub! He was also very irritated when I requested vinegar/oil instead of mayo! It was the worst sub ever. I will never go back and I highly recommend if you’re reading this to go somewhere else where you can actually get what you like! The worst part… I believe he is the owner.

Owner can’t spare a nickel in lettuce to make a customer happy. Even puts the meat on the sub a certain way to save 1 piece. I’d drive another half hour to get a sub at any other SubWay but this store.

Online is says they close at 10. We walked in at 8:50 pm. We were greeted with "How many subs do you need because we close in 10 min?" Well we needed 5 so the man wasn't happy and didn't try to hide it. I apologized and informed him the hours were wrong online. We rushed through ordering and got out of his way. The girl was pleasant though. I gave it 2 stars because the food was fine.
