  They delay and then cancel delivery orders they're feeling too lazy to fulfill. Since they delay an hour and a half before canceling, it's too late to order food anywhere else. This has happened multiple times. Whoever was working there on the night of 9/27/2026 can't be bothered to fulfill orders to customers and should no longer be employed. Seem extreme? So does going to bed without dinner because some lazy kids think they figured out how to slack off harder.

  “Cee” the manager needs to learn better customer service than what he currently has. If not I’ll come to your job bud. And I mean that VERY DISRESPECTFULLY! The fact that you chose to raise your voice because you couldn’t listen and understand what a customer was saying is insane to me! Do you do that with men too? Learn how to actively LISTEN! Then fix the mistake YOUR STORE CAUSED! To think I wouldn’t ask for another manager above you. Then to think oh yea here talk to Sam. Well Sam agreed with me bud. As he said he’d handle that. Sam I want to thank you! For taking that time to actively listen, figure the problem and even try to resolve the issue. As I mentioned to you. I don’t want no money or food back. “Cee” just needs to learn how to speak with your guest. As he wouldn’t want someone yelling at him or getting defensive. How he acted seemed as if the boy was literally just that. A boy needing to learn more. Which happened but do not ever raise your voice at a woman! EVER! Let alone at your own job as if you are in the right. I pray I never have “cee” working if I ordered again from them. SERIOUSLY. Also my bag was NOT sealed whatsoever! Probably won’t order again from this location.
