  Drove to this location at 2:58 PM today (a Tuesday) with my daughter to get an important document notarized for her ACT exam this weekend. Their website says for this specific location notary services are available until 4:30 PM. The employee refused, claiming "the software" locks them out at 3:00 PM and because there was a line we wouldn't get to the register in time. She then admitted that all three employees working at the time are commissioned notaries but none of them would help us. I called another UPS Store a few towns over and was told they use the same system and the software does not lock anyone out at 3:00 PM. It doesn't work that way. So the excuse I was given was a lie and they just didn't feel like doing it. I took my child out of school to get there on time only to be turned away. And the store wasn't even that busy, there were 2 other people in there. Crazy experience.

  My favorite ups store to come to all of the Employees are so nice and very helpful ! Definitely recommend only coming to this location :)

  Not the best experience by far. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and just talking with one other. Seemed annoyed to want to help me with my drop off. Will definitely not be returning!

  Was near closing time but they quickly scanned my return QR code and printed the label to get my package returned

  I have been using this UPS Store since they opened their doors over 15 years ago. In all that time and over countless visits, I have never been disappointed. The staff has ALWAYS been professional, friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to provide unmatched customer service. Regardless of how busy the store is, they work extremely efficiently, moving things along without delay. Just a great staff to deal with!
