- ESErika S4 days ago5.0I have been to this store many times over the last few months. The group of ladies than are customer facing are amazing. They are professional, efficient, and multi task like you've never seen. Impressive Customer Service. I have watched them assist several elderly customers who struggled with understanding their Amazon returns and the ladies quickly assisted and got their return on their way. You could see the relief in the customers face. Please do whatever is needed to keep this group of ladies. They are sharp problem solvers that handle an endless line of customer with a great attitude. I will always come here for my business.

Not sure about in store friendliness but local delivery service is pretty bad. Just in the past two months I have had a package delivered and opened at a wrong address that was held up for weeks. Recent CVS over the counter order is covered in epsom salts and missing items after repack and everything is smashed and / or needs washed off. Specialty piece of equipment delayed after driver states there was no one home to sign for the package when my husband spent his day at home so he could sign for it. (Of course, there was no slip left on the door to verify attempt.). Enough said I think you get the point. If you have the option of selecting a different delivery service I would recommend whatever else that is.
