Our 2nd time here. The first time was actually decent. This time though, not so much. Greeted upon entry by the gal at the cash register. Then the fiasco began. The gal at the order station started our 2 6” subs- sweet onion chicken teriyaki and spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread. Both toasted. The gal making the subs was asked to please put cheese on top of meat on the sweet onion one and didn’t, then when asked to switch it before toasting she said all I have to do is flip it. Which was fine. Then on the spicy, he asked for a lot of black olives to go on before the cheese and toasting and she put 3 or 4 olives on it. He asked if she even put any on and she said, ‘I did!’ Going back to the sweet onion sub: asked for a lot of spinach (2 leaves?!), asked for more, got 2 more. Asked for a lot of onions, had to ask for more, and it went like this for every vegetable asked for but when it came to the sauce it was added on to excess! Then back to the spicy- asked for more olives, she added a few more after being asked 2 more times, spinach again was 2 leaves, jalapeños she was generous with and the sauce was again added to excess! We ate in, so nothing sat around, and our breads were SO hard on the ends it was ridiculous. I’ve never had to fight SO hard to get vegetables on a subway sub as I did this time! The cost of these 2 6” sub meals??? $16.84 total!!! Come ON! For the prices, y’all better start making stuff the way the customers ask- I mean, that’s the whole point of the business, right? Well we decided that because of this experience today we will NOT be returning to this particular location again. And the demeanor of the employees there did not seem happy at all over all. Very disappointing.
