    Woman working in the store was very rude. Didn’t say hello, gave me a short snippy answer to my questions. I remember why I haven’t gone to subway in years. Plus her kid was in the store and she kept yelling at her to sit down, poor kid.

    Akron’s Worst Subway One person working during dinner rush. Seemed to only be making orders if people arrived and stared at her. Slowest and sloppiest sandwich making ever. No customer service skills. Had a child at a table with no coloring book or activities, just sitting and staring at her making sandwiches. Overall experience was would give 0 stars if possible. Will never return. Probably the employees goal.

    DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will take your money, cancel your order, and not refund you! I've called and called this store to request my money back but they don't answer!

    The man making my order yesterday was touching his hair and ear buds with gloves on and touching the food. My mistake not paying attention but my lady saw these actions while making my order. As soon as it was brought to my attention. I wanted a refund. They did not give me a refund. Guy seemed to have a bad attitude and didn’t even want to be there. Took my phone number so the store manager would call me to handle refund the next day. Well Still nothing ? Tried calling..nothing. Go figure. Clearly don’t care about cross contamination. If you don’t like your job and don’t care for public health safety, just go home.
