  I recently purchased my auto and renters insurance from Joe. Every step of the way was easy . From the phone call to get a quote to obtaining the policies. While in his office he called my prior insurance company and we cancelled my policies. Joe was very professional and friendly. He made the process so simple. I highly recommend this Allstate agent!

  Horrible , worst car insurance I’ve ever had ! I’ve never been in a fender bender in my life . First one I get into and it’s scary enough , so it doesn’t help when your agent Joe makes you feel worse . Not supported at all . Completely shamed . When the police report states no one is at fault . You think your agent would go to bat for you . Over a scuffed bumper .not mine , other drivers . She got a new one on me since they just upped my policy $96 a month. I didn’t make a claim on my bumper since there wasn’t even a scratch. Not to mention Kiera Campbell . Wow ! Have fun talking to her . She also works for Allstate as an insurance adjuster. in conversation she is just nasty and completely unprofessional. Again , unsupported by my car insurance . Very dissatisfied with Allstate and Joe who stated “ no worries this is why you have car insurance and it will probably only go up 20 bucks “ 😂
