  They are very helpful there but before they cut your phone off make sure you have your Google password. If you have important information in your old phone, it will mess you up because you won't be able to link it.

  The man that's working today is very rude unprofessional if I'm trying to explain MY PHONE TO YOU LISTEN you don't know what I'm dealing with and I spoke with customer service and they sent me here. Very rude wouldn't recommend and will be contacting corporate....

  Marc was a breath of fresh air. He was beyond helpful to me and the other customers that visited the store while I was there. It's rare these days.
