  I’ve had a great experience at the UPS Store in Yorktown Heights, and I especially want to recognize one of the employees there. I don’t know his name, but he’s a younger guy with tan skin and short, fluffy hair. He seems to be hispanic perhaps dominican. He is always extremely helpful, quick, and professional. Every time I go in, he gets whatever I need done efficiently and makes the whole process so easy. He’s consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. No matter how busy it is, he always seems to get the job done quickly and correctly. I really appreciate the great customer service he provides every single time I visit. He definitely deserves recognition!

  Usually there is this really nice guy. However there is this new young guy. Horribly rude and unprofessional.
