Absolutely terrible experience. Wingstop clearly does not care about carryout customers. I placed my pickup order well in advance and still ended up waiting far longer than expected while delivery orders seemed to be getting all the attention. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no concern for customers standing there waiting.
After wasting my time, I ended up having to cancel my order and leave. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the food isn’t going to be ready and nobody can give you an update? This was one of the worst carryout experiences I’ve had. Wingstop needs to stop treating pickup customers like an afterthought and start providing the same level of service they give to delivery orders totally a waste of my time never again

Worst chicken ever. I tried in different wingstops and this wingstop is the worst. 2 times they gave me extremely dry chicken. I took garlic parmesan and luosinana rub and both the times its just bland dried chicken. I complained them and even then their answer is just sorry . Please corect when a customer is complaining.

Ordered here twice, both times the chicken smelled off and there was no sauce but plenty of oil.

I called them to tell them to put the sauce on the side. I got my order no sauce at all on the side in my bag and I just got chicken plain when I pacifically called for that matter and they lost the main important thing. How do you do that that’s careless behavior. Also called them to just make Sure, the sauce wasn’t too spicy because it’s now not giving us the option to pick mild or spicy, etc. so I told him to put it on the side. They said they were gonna put it on the side and never did careless behavior unprofessional not the way to do your job.

When I contacted the manager, they were dismissive and downright rude, refusing any kind of replacement or refund. I expected much better service, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.”
