  Do not go here if placing mobile order. Will take your money and refuse refund when they cannot complete services or are incapable of finding your order despite proof of purchase. l will be rude and hostile claiming they have nothing to do with subway.

  Very frustrating experience ordering from this Subway location. I placed an order through the Subway app for a Footlong Oven-Roasted Turkey using the promotional code 699FL, which the app accepted with no issues. The order went through and showed as confirmed for pickup at this location. A few minutes later, the store called me and told me they would not honor the coupon because the store is franchise-owned, and they canceled the order. If the location does not participate in Subway promotions, the system should not allow the order to be placed with the coupon in the first place. Accepting the order and then canceling it afterward wastes the customer’s time and creates a poor experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional handling of an online order.

  Got attitude because i asked if i should check on the avocado before i order. Watching two employees squeezes drops out of a bag becuase the store wasnt prepared is a turn off.

  This location doesn't honor discount coupons but it's okay. Subway is still a good alternative to most fast food options.
