  Thank you Mr Raj for a wonderful service. The queue was very long but he made sure to take care of every single customer. He deserves a pay raise 😁

  I wanted to ship a set of gold coins, with insurance. The girl behind the counter was processing my request no problem. But, the man behind the counter, after walking away to supposedly make a call that lasted less then a minute, told me UPS will not do this. Even though I told him UPS had delivered them to me. Of course, for what ever reason he had, this was a lie. Because the next day I went to Staples on Queens Blvd. And ,they ship it no problem. I will never use this store again!!😡

  If you decided to drop off anything please beware. I have dropped off two packages and both times they have never left the drop off location. I return to the store with my receipt for proof and all they do is shrug and say it was picked up by a ups driver. I don't want to assume the worse but if tracking says it never left drop off location a week later there may be some malpractice going on!

  I've come to this location a few times now versus one closer to where I live because of the shorter line, but my experience today was not a good one. When it was time to pay for the shipping, the associate pressed a button on the card reader first, then said I could insert my card. I did so, only to see on the screen my total went up because he had added on a Toys For Tots donation without asking me. While I'm fine with donating, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE to charge someone for a donation WITHOUT ASKING if they want to donate in the first place. How many other customers has this employee charged without asking?
