  The wings are usually very thin (not a lot of meat on them) and crunchy. Some people love it here but personally, not a favorite spot. Lots of other places to get better wings for the same price in WNY.

  The crew were doing an amazing job keeping up with each customer coming in cooking the orders and filling drinks while all simultaneously keeping it the store clean and filling all the orders coming in and bringing out orders to customers it was very impressive to watch them do all that during a rush.

  Either the owner is being cheap or management is failing to schedule properly, but this location always seems to be understaffed. Having only two employees working during peak hours and expecting orders to come out on time is unrealistic. The employees are clearly overwhelmed, and the problem seems to come from whoever is making the staffing decisions. If ownership or management thinks two people can handle a rush by themselves, that’s completely out of touch. Customers shouldn’t have to wait forever, and workers shouldn’t be set up to fail.

  my food at this location always comes hot and fresh. customer service is iffy depending on the staff whos working but my food always taste good. this the best location in buffalo ny. The fanta& hi c machine needs work tho, very watery.
