  Horrible customer service. I called this morning to ask if they accept e-bike returns - explained it was already packaged, banded and had a return label on it, and the lady I talked to said to bring it in and it could be dropped off. I show up and as I’m carrying in the box with the aid of a younger employee, a much older employee comes out and starts yelling at me immediately before I can even say anything and yelling that they cannot accept the package and it’s a Class 9 over and over. The only words I managed to get out were that I called and was told it was ok. He continued to yell at me and saying I probably didn’t tell them it was a e-bike. The very kind younger employee was so apologetic for the situation and helped me carry the package back out to my vehicle. Go somewhere else because this place is a nightmare.

  They NEVER have enough help in this place! Come on guys.. they usually have 2 people working and it’s always the same... 1 of them is helping someone with a computer/copier issue that takes forever and the other person is supposed to be manning all the printing,packing,shipping, and everything else!!
