  Went to process a large shipment for my employer today and found Emily being almost too helpful with a disabled older customer. She went to great lengths to guide her safely out of the store and back to her car, then was the consummate professional helping me process a large shipment going to multiple addresses. The rest of the staff supported her by handling the volume of customers while I dominated Emily’s time for about an hour. Could not recommend more highly!

  Horrible customer service. I called this morning to ask if they accept e-bike returns - explained it was already packaged, banded and had a return label on it, and the lady I talked to said to bring it in and it could be dropped off. I show up and as I’m carrying in the box with the aid of a younger employee, a much older employee comes out and starts yelling at me immediately before I can even say anything and yelling that they cannot accept the package and it’s a Class 9 over and over. The only words I managed to get out were that I called and was told it was ok. He continued to yell at me and saying I probably didn’t tell them it was a e-bike. The very kind younger employee was so apologetic for the situation and helped me carry the package back out to my vehicle. Go somewhere else because this place is a nightmare.
