Couldn’t recommend this location more! Nakia went above and beyond to help me in a time crunch, and did it with enthusiasm and genuine care for her customers. Sincerely the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. She’s won my business for the long term!

I have used FedEx Office & Print centers all over the US as part of my business and have always had great service. Unfortunately that was not the case in this location. I submitted a print order several days in advance and twice contacted them to confirm the order would be ready by noon Monday. When I showed up at 12:15 I was told, after some searching around, "we need another half hour to finish." No apology or anything. Since I had just flown in from the West Coast I waited around. When the order was done I discovered that the print order had not been accurately followed (some of the copies that I had marked as B&W were done in color) so the bill was quite a bit hire than I expected. By this point I was grumpy and tired so I just paid and left...disappointed.
