  I recently had a complicated return shipment of a 90lb scooter. Julianne, Nakeya and I apologize for missing other names went above and beyond to help me with this difficult return. They did not look at me as the guy with the giant burden walking in they looked at me as someone who needed a lot of help and provided it beyond all expectations. I will forever take the ride to their shop to ship because of the service I was provided. Highly recommend without reservation.

  Awful service. They don’t care when the line is almost out the door and they are scanning packages. I understand all packages need to go out but maybe do it when no one’s waiting.

  Nakia is the best! She made sure my print order was on time and correct, even helping me get everything to my car (thanks Andres!). It’s a pleasure doing business with this location because of the people and quality of their work, which I suspect is a direct reflection of Nakia’s leadership.
