The bread wasn't baked right GUMMY.at 10:40am it still took 20 minutes to order my sandwich.

I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. I give the subway the highest recommendation.
There was an "incident" between some customers and the only worker in there. There were at least 4 orders printed out and there were with 5 people in line! The worker handled it with class but was very overwhelmed. My favorite sub (chicken teriyaki) had old and nasty chicken. It made me vow to never order it again. Subway, do better.
Can't give this place a lower score...almost always mess something small up. But this time I have finally had it. Placed online order. Go pick it up. Get home. 1 sub missing tomato and banana peppers. The other sub. Missing the 3 dollars worth of bacon. And not toasted... drive all the way back. At this time it's 5:30 on Sunday. Doors are locked. Look in side and the older guy who made the subs is cleaning up. I knock on window. He locks up. I hold the sub up and tell him he messed up the order. All I get is a 🤷♂️ followed by him turning his back to me. I have not only wasted time on this tonight. I know have to find time tomorrow...what a joke.
Horrible experience. Me and my partner wanted to get something quick to eat. The male with bright pink dyed hair ignored us while he was making subway sandwich orders placed through their mobile app. If I am eating at your location in PERSON You should be able to serve me first. A terrible, lifeless, expression was on this man's face the WHOLE time. Felt so awkward that we just had to leave. I truly don’t understand how this location is still up and running.
