  HUGE SCAM They want nearly $3 a page to fax which is absolutely disgusting given you can fax most things for free online. Avoid them like the plague.

  They are liars. I received a package in a retail box from FedEx. Returned it to Fed ex office in West Seneca. And was told that I could not use the same box that I had to pay for one of their boxes. I don’t know what sort of incentive these people are receiving for selling stuff in their office. But now I understand why FedEx he’s getting devoured by the phenomenal customer service at the US post office and UPS. Incredibly disappointed. I wouldn’t feel bad if they hadn’t have delivered the package to me and that exact same box. So they were double standard for the average consumer over a corporate consumer.
