  I get the sub of the day everytme I go and make it a meal all for less than 7.00, plus 10% more if 6ou use the military star card on the base. Sandwiches are what I remember from years ago. Flavors and developed a little, but thie sauce are a great addition. Dining area was clean, good ambiance with music, all you can drink sodas and teas.

  First of all, the Subway at West Point seriously needs a change in management. The location appears to be poorly managed and is constantly running out of basic items on a daily basis. There are also frequent issues with pricing, including situations where the advertised price does not match what customers are actually charged. The staff is often lazy, rude, and unprofessional, which makes the overall customer experience extremely frustrating. Recently, the oven stopped working, yet customers were not properly notified or provided with a clear sign explaining the issue until the last minute. The location also regularly fails to open on time, which is unacceptable for a business serving a military installation. Customers should not have to deal with inconsistent hours, missing products, unexpected price increases, or poor customer service. This is a professional military community, and we deserve better service and better management. I strongly recommend that the appropriate leadership review the operations, staffing, pricing practices, and management of this Subway location. Something needs to change because the current level of service is simply not acceptable.

  Really disappointing. It is one of two AAFES restaurants on post, and it fails to serve our community’s needs on a regular basis. Closing hours before advertised, putting ONE slice of roast beef on a 6-inch sub, always running out of condiments. I understand that many of the employees are young, but it seems like some of the issues are out of their control. West Point deserves better. A restaurant operated this poorly would never remain open off post.

  Excellent! Just ate my tuna sandwich on Amtrak train heading to Kansas City!!!! Wish I had gotten FOOT LONG!
