  The assistant manager at the Palisades Mall is very rude and have no customer service. I purchased a sandwich for one of my individuals Which he is nonverbal, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong sandwich for him which of course he noticed, and he started becoming frantic. It was completely my fault so I asked the worker could she changed it to a tuna sandwich. She did it with no hesitation no problem unfortunately, the assistant manager caught an attitude and stated to myself. Why didn’t you tell her the right sandwichbefore? I informed her that my individual was nonverbal, and that it was completely my fault! I want to commend the worker who assisted me! her patience was incredible. I kept apologizing, and she kept telling me that it was OK. I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the lady that was rude was the assistant manager, because I wanted to let the manager know that her patience and her kindness was very appreciative. I also informed the assistant manager that was working that unless she worked in this field with individuals with intellectual disabilities, then she wouldn’t understand their personality and the frustration that happens when they can express themselves there was no need for her to be rude nor nasty once again, the worker that fixed his sandwich again and rung us up for payment was very kind and pleasant!!
