  I made an appointment for notary services on a Monday. When I arrived, the shipping clerks informed me that the notary is not available on Mondays and suggested that I should have called ahead before coming in. I’m not sure why UPS would allow me to make an appointment for a service that was not actually available that day. The experience was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing. I do want to mention that the shipping clerks were very friendly and professional. My one-star rating is specifically for the appointment system and the fact that it allowed me to schedule a service that was unavailable.

  I always drop off my packages here in haverstraw drop off, and Roger is absolutely the best. He is incredibly fast, efficient, and always greets everyone with a smile. He makes a quick chore the best part of my day. If you need to drop off a package, look for Roger! He is always so patient and kind. Eric is also a great worker as well and very helpful. Thanks to them they make drop offs very convenient, even when I come to drop almost 20+ packages he takes his time and treats everyone with kindness.

  The staff is always very nice, attentive, and makes sure the line keeps moving smoothly. You can tell the staff really cares about helping people and keeping things organized. Great service every time!
