  I always drop off my packages here in haverstraw drop off, and Roger is absolutely the best. He is incredibly fast, efficient, and always greets everyone with a smile. He makes a quick chore the best part of my day. If you need to drop off a package, look for Roger! He is always so patient and kind. Eric is also a great worker as well and very helpful. Thanks to them they make drop offs very convenient, even when I come to drop almost 20+ packages he takes his time and treats everyone with kindness.

  I had the pleasure of Leonard, at UPS store helping me today. He was patient and explained protocol to me all while moving the long line With efficiency. The company is lucky to have him.

  The staff is always very nice, attentive, and makes sure the line keeps moving smoothly. You can tell the staff really cares about helping people and keeping things organized. Great service every time!
