  Out of chicken out of meatballs, line was disguisting and out of almost all veggies place is gross flies everywhere . Don’t recommend

  This place didn’t seem very clean. Had a bucket sitting on the floor catching water from the ceiling leaking. Air conditioning was broken. As far as food, they were out of almost everything. Little to choose from. Only white bread hoagie available, no other bread hoagie buns there. Only one employee working.

  Standard subway but the service could be better. Protein pockets are cold with no option to grill it. This may be a subway menu issue and not particularly to this location. I would say stop if you have to but there are more food options ahead

  Desiree the employee never once changed her gloves from customer to customer even after handing and receiving money from each customer. When I confronted her, her only response was all of the other workers do it also. Health Department needs to be called. It's disgusting! Management needs to be made aware also. Re-train your staff. I will never go into any Subway again.

  So I want to explain the service that I've had here at the Carthage Subway Under New Management I've been here a few times now and every time I come in it's only one kid working he does a great job but being Under New Management they should have more people behind the counter this kid is swamped every time I come in here I always do pre-orders and I still have to wait 15 minutes before my pre-orders done when I came in tonight my pre-order was not done when it said it was going to be done at 6:40 is now 7:00 and I just got my food there was people that were behind me that also pre-ordered as well that wasn't done yet does new management needs to get their shit together either hire more people or put more than one person on a night
