I rarely share terrible reviews as Im quite understanding regarding time issues, delivery issues, and the like. However, Ive called this store twice in regards to my order, just for them to tell me it doesn't exist, when I provide proof, they back track and say the order must not have come through, 2 hours prior, with calling and asking the entire time. I don't order fast food often, but your restaurant made for a pretty bad experience. And to top it off, this location works off of mailed out coupons, which in some cases is fine, but they never do app promotions! Your always set to this locations sub of the day, or their promotional subs to even get a deal, you can't get what you want like it's advertised. I get not being in a populated place, but in what world do I want to pay 17 dollars for a sandwich for a day and its a simple order, that's the same price as a stuffed crust pizza next door to you! I order fast food like once a month, and your quality is not worth a 17 dollar sandwich, or worth suffering through the service you provided. And it's not all of the workers there, just the 2 I had to encounter while there and while calling to confirm my order.
