  They always mess up my order. I order extra portions and never get them. I order meat warmed up and it's cold. And I say not toasted and it's always toasted. They do not have a phone so you cant call them. Poor service. They cant read instructions

  No offense to the workers there … but they need more than one person working … this is the 3rd time ordering though the app and it gives u a pick up time… came late to that time but still ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my order…. I feel bad for the one worker that is here

  Not friendly, terrible customer service. From the time I walked in, used the restroom, then got in line to order, no one said anything to me or even acknowledged me and I was the only customer in the store. Finally was waited on after a few minutes of awkward waiting by a stocky, young, female employee after she was finished preparing online orders, which is fine, I get that, but she didn’t say anything to me, tell me to give her a few, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t even acknowledge me at all. It was uncomfortable and definitely something I’m not used to experiencing with restaurants. It was enough of a wait that she should have said something to me. Another person came into the store to pick up their online order and the employee said something to her right away and was nice to her, which made things worse…like it was just me or something. I definitely won’t be going back.
