On Thursday, January 15, 2026, at approximately 1:20 PM, I entered this Subway location and was immediately met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a female employee. Before I had even fully entered the store, she attempted to take my order, and as I approached the counter, she continued speaking on her phone in Spanish while assisting me.
Her tone and demeanor were extremely rude, and she made no effort to provide proper customer service or basic courtesy. Being on a personal phone call while working and interacting with a customer is unacceptable, and her lack of professionalism completely ruined what had otherwise been a great day.
I have never experienced treatment like this at this location before, and I was genuinely disappointed by how carelessly and disrespectfully I was handled. I hope upper management reviews this incident and takes appropriate action. As a manager at Tim Hortons myself, I would never allow an employee to treat a customer in this manner.
