  I want to give 0 stars ... a lot of times when I'm coming to this shop it's closed, in time when they supposed to have open.. it was 7:40 pm today and the stuff was already gone... Now I will get no internet for the whole night and tomorrow morning... Im mad cause its not the first time that that happens.. because of her fault I needed to pay more for my bill one time, cause she wasn't there, i couldn't pay it on time because of her , so she is supposed to help and don't take more money from me, but she refuse. Another time I needed to go to another cricket wireless ,explained my situation and got helped correctly and don't needed to pay more cause it wasn't my fault... The first time I was infront of closed doors a woman beside it came out her door and said that they open and close when they want to, there are a lot of people coming and get mad infront of the door because nobody there when the doors needs to open and close. I was infront of closed doors in the morning 10am 10:30am 10:40am and then came later as planned to work. And I was infront of closed doors way before they even need to close. That's not professional, yall need to check Nivi
