  Nick and his team are freaking awesome. The energy they gave is what we need in this time of age where a lot of people don't have a reason or don't see a reason to smile. They definently put a smile on my face and give me positive vibes. Additionally, Nick answered all of my questions and showed me the difference option and prices to choose for delivery. Thank you Nick and his team 😁.

  I went to UPS on Bradley St in Watertown, NY with a large plastic bin of jackets to send cross country. Ashley, the girl who I dealt with, stayed calm and extremely helpful in finding the correct box, helping me transfer the jackets, and cutting the box to the correct size. 5 stars to Ashley and to UPS!!!
