The UPS store in Watertown has the friendliest staff of any business in the city. Every time I have gone there they have gone above and beyond for me. Especially Charlie. He is very personable and is always there to help if I have a problem

The team at The UPS Store in Watertown was great from the moment I walked in. I needed two sets of drawings printed from a huge file, and they went the extra mile to help me get it done. Everyone was professional and helpful. I really appreciate the service!

The staff at this UPS store are super friendly, hard working, and extremely professional. I rent a mail box from the UPS Store because I do a large amount of online business and stop in an a daily basis, and all my orders are always ready for me to pick-up when I come. I highly recommend them for any/all business needs!

The UPS on Bradley St is now the best run ups i have ever used. The staff is very efficient , friendly and they have suggestions if you are unsure about a package . I actually look forward to my trips there almost once a month. As far as amazon returns, they take care of the item and i am usually in & out in a matter of a couple minutes as the store is so well staffed, even in non holiday seasons. It is probably the only business in this day & age i would give a definite 10 out of 10 rating !!!!!! Everyone there knows how to do their job & with a smile !!!!!
