  Went to this store with my family too get my daughter a plan going on Sunday around 2. The sign stated it was open between 12-5, checked online as well from the store site given to us by the owner. Same shit. This is unacceptable behaviour and false store hour advertisement. Fix your signs with the correct schedule so more people aren't wasting their time, or get staff that will work the schedules hours. To find an empty/closed store after making sure we did our research is mental.

  Online and the door of the store says open 12-5pm on Sundays, it's 2:08pm and they are closed. Not helpful at all.

  You can buy a phone anywhere but you can’t find Mindy anywhere except Cricket!!! She helped me choose my phone and it’s beautiful. She helped me pick my plan and it’s wonderful. Very affordable unlimited everything plus a movie channel. The key words in all this are “she helped me”. And when all was chosen she then set everything up and showed me how to use it! As I said, you can buy a phone anywhere. It takes someone like Mindy to get me to choose to buy it there!

  Was in there a month ago porting over from metro the guy was absolutely amazing helped us. Then went in today to add another line and he was absolutely amazing again! Always so friendly and amazing customer service always! Would recommend anyone to go see him!
