Kaylie didn't rush and made sure all utensils she was using was clean, asked me if the portions being served were good also didn't rush and was very professional

This morning on 3/5/26 I visited this subway in a Loves travel station and ordered my favorite wrap exactly as I order it every time. Although I've never been to this location due to my heavy traveling as a trucker I assumed nothing ordinary. As the kind young lady prepped my meal I saw she was having trouble folding the wrap. She and I were having a great conversation. Another young thin guy employee entered the scene and volunteered to help with the wrap. At this point my meal was getting smashed a lot. I then respectfully told them I couldn't eat it as it was getting pretty beat up. As I was leaving the building the young lady follows me and says her "manager " was taking care the wrapping of the order. I returned to the register and saw a guy about 6 ft tall 230 lbs give or take in his late 20s early 30s ( maybe) turning the wrap forcefully into a huge ball of a mess. I then said I'm not interested in the meal anymore. He says " you have to pay for it". I ignored him and continued outside towards my rig when I noticed he was following me then proceeds to say to me I wasn't welcomed back at the Loves. My company and I do a lot of business with Loves. He then starts dropping the F bomb on me saying he was going to take pics of my rig and call my employer saying " I'm going to get you fired". Well sure enough 1 hour later my boss called me and said that subway called and reported me walking out with the wrap and not paying for it. And that I called the sweet young lady theB word. All this was a malicious lie by the caller which I assume was the ignorant manager. If anyone stole the wrap and called the young lady employee the B word, it was the manager. If subway wants proof just look at the morning video by the truck fuel isle around pumps 1&2. The video will show this unprofessional so called manager. This is not how you treat a customer. Thank you for your time!

Subway used to be my favorite sub spot... Feel quality is lacking, subs just ok, not as full, not as fresh, half green tomatoes, ah... think we'll stick with Wegmans subs! Thanks but no thanks

Old lady at subway didn’t know how to serve food to customers. She was very rude and making subway in very ugly manner. Atleast they should know how to behave with customers. I cancelled my order because of her behaviour and making skills… i came back from loves subway hungry and empty.. very poor,, 👎🏻
