  Save yourself and Don’t go there!!! Hi! I placed an order for pickup at our local subway at 5:15, it said pickup would be ready at 5:30. I get there at 5:30 and they tell me its going to be a few more minutes. They then proceeded to make 5 other peoples subs while I waited. I noticed that when they finally got to mine they were making it incorrectly so I asked for it to be made right. I had a note on my order stating that my second club should only be turkey, American cheese and mustard. I had placed two orders for clubs and instead of making it like requested they made my bmt without ham. So we proceeded to wait while they continued to take care of everyone else. I never asked them to remake the bmt, I litterally just wanted my turkey sub. After 30 minutes waiting my husband comes in and asks whats taking so long for 4 subs. Instead of them man saying he made a mistake he said your wife messed up. So my man, left while I proceeded to wait and the man started yelling at me saying why didnt you tell him it was your fault!!! The man called my husband a drunk so at this point I just said I wanted a refund and left. I have never been so disrespected in my life! How does it take 30 minutes to just get my turkey, American cheese and mustard sub!? But then to yell at me in front of everyone and make it seem like I was at fault. Absolutely ridiculous!! Update 5 days later and I’m still waiting on my refund! I try calling and I get sent to mailbox. I’ll be stopping in to handle this in person. So unprofessional, they should be closed down

  Great place to have very tasty Subway sandwich with fresh cookies. All items like Cucumber, Lettuce, spinach, Banana papers etc. are very fresh and crispy. The subway was full of all fresh vegetables with tasty vegie patty. All staff members are extremely friendly, nice, and the food is great. This place is very clean, including restroom. I have never seen this type of very clean place with friendly staff. I highly recommend this Subway to everyone. Next week my friends are visiting Lake George, and I recommend visiting this Subway and having best Subway at this place. I like their hospitality. I have decided that whenever I will visit Lake George at that time, I will sure have great tasty Subway at this place. The best price for Combo pack.

  I go to subway very often and the Subway team is absolutely amazing. They are so kind, so patient, and just overall extremely friendly. The dining area is always kept clean, the food area is organized, and the chips are stocked always. I have ordered from here several times and at one point my order was memorized and made with great care each time. I put in online orders and they are always made to perfection. Personally, I always tip because service like this is well appreciated and a tip is well deserved. Of course, I will be back :)
