    I shipped a week ago and they said there was a train derailment that slowed it down, but we still have not gotten 2 packages. It was supposed to get here last Friday and then yesterday thursday, but, it didn’t, now it’s supposed to get here today. Not a way to do business

    Had two return. Both gentlemen was quite cooperative , excellent customer service shown throughout the process , especially when trying to find box to return the suitcase. Friendly …. I told them that it’s apparent why the reviews are great. They’re very helpful and responsive , I Also watched the interaction with other customers - GREAT. Will return everytime
