  Courteous and professional service every time I come into the Victor location UPS store. Of special notice are Dan and Norah who are always exceptional in their genuine kindness in answering my questions and helping me with my packages for shipment!

  Medication that I desperately need was accidentally delivered to a wrong address. I explained the situation that the shipper did not have a way to directly contact them and as I desperately need my medication as I am disabled and they refused to help me by even allowing another driver to go to the wrong address and bring it to me since they wouldn’t give me the address. 10/10 do not recommend this location.

  UPS is awful. They destroyed my package and refused to cover the return shipping cost, quoting me $430-1040 to have it shipped back to the seller. Don't accept a delivery if you aren't going to stand by your poor service. The guy at the counter did all he could to help me, but it's a shame that UPS's own policies prevent I'm from doing any better

  I've used this store for years, they are excellent. The assistant manager Rachel helped me with a tricky package yesterday and was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and polite. A+++ 👍
