  Cody & his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I cant stress enough how much trauma I went thru trying to make a return & they made it so incredibly amazing & easy right when I was on the brink of tears dealing w this. I cannot recommend a place more that will especially make sure ur taken care of & stress free!!! PAY THESE PEOPLE MORE!!!!!

  I had a canva print order sent to this location and they were ready in just over an hour! When I stopped in to grab them, Michael was extremely personable and nice. :) The print quality was great as well.

  FedEx Center 1949 Victor NY - The team at this location are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused! In December 2025 we sent a box of important historical documents to a university in Washington DC. Michael was the primary individual we interacted with prior to sending and on the day we sent. He was exceedingly friendly, helpful and fun during a busy holiday season. The other individuals at this location were friendly and it was clear that everyone worked as a team. We definitely will go to this location for FedEx service! Thanks to all.
