  The server working was so rude for no reason. We did not even bug her about a mobile order; in fact we knew we were 10 minutes early from the scheduled pickup time so we were just sitting in there patiently. She asks if we are picking up and we say yes. She says "is it that one on the counter?" In a rude tone, as if we should've known it was there. She didn't call out a name, and the order was NOT put on the shelf obviously labeled "online order pickup." Then she just completely disappeared in the back. We had to grab our drinks ourselves and the soda machine was broke! Spraying everywhere. No one to ask if it was safe to drink out of or not. Whoever runs this place, do better! You never know who's walking in. Or if they are having a rough day. Be nicer to your customers.

  I drive truck at night 6days a week I stop in to this subway because the employees are very friendly and being on the road it's nice to be around nice people but coming out tonight 9-18-19 I was approached by an older man an lady and accused of being some sort of stocker this is the last time I do business with this place or company
