I got my alternator and battery tested today by some of the nicest folks EVER! I can’t remember if the guys name was Andrew or Matthew, but he changed my battery flawlessly with one arm in a sling! He was not only nice and knew what he was doing but we had a great conversation while he worked. Thank you guys for being so exceptional today! I will forever shop here!

Stopped by today because my lightbulbs blew. The two associates Erin and Andy were very helpful. Andy was very informative and explained the differences between the bulbs. He even came outside to look at the car. The great service was appreciated.

Needed a battery, both guys working were friendly and talkative. The one who cashed me out gave solid advice and installed my new battery and took the old to discard for me. Fast friendly and efficient.

We brought a car battery in to have it checked and Andrew at the Vestal location was extremely helpful. He explained everything that came up on the battery checking device. He also showed us and explained our options for buying a new battery because our old one was dead and told us about the new battery warranty. He said to bring the car in after installing the new battery and he'll check our alternator and starter. Again, he explained everything. He couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. We really appreciated his expertise.
