  Bunch of robots work here with very limited knowledge and fixed replies. No human interaction or common sense reply expected here. Didn’t know that a simple shipping place will have such incompetent people.

  I love this place. It's super spacious, clean—I hardly ever see long lines in here—and the staff always does their best to get you out of there asap. Compared to the RVC location, this place is an absolute dream ✨ I'm always so happy walking into this place. Keep up the good work, y'all. 🙂

  Horrible customer service had a label printed out for a return the clerk put the wrong label on my package now my package is missing with no regard for me , no help at alll no clerk has knowledge to do anything in there as far as finding my return package

  Worst parking lot set up ever !!!!! ….. Honestly Every UPS storefront location within this radius of Lynbrook, VALLEY STREAM or Laurelton Queens…… The UPS company picks awful locations With little to no parking 👎 Every FedEx storefront I know has great parking set ups. I honestly wish Amazon and TikTok shop would go into business with FedEx instead of UPS… UPS is truly awful. 👎
