  Great location with dedicated polite staff. Grace my attendant, was great and patient, even though I had plenty of questions, she made sure I was satisfied with the service she provided. Very professional. Highly recommended

  My husband and I used this UPS location to ship 4 large boxes of mostly fragile items from LI to Florida. We were greeted initially by Andriana upon arriving and she assisted us quickly with our shipment. She was very helpful and professional. We would recommend this location. And as to the parking lot, yes it was crowded as it was a Saturday but we seemed to have been lucky that day and had no wait time as two cars were pulling out as we arrived, unlike others in the reviews.

  Whoever wrote the service is fast here is either fibbing, was the first customer in the store, or an employee. Ridiculous!!!!! Never again. Nunca!
