  5:00pm my husband picked up our order. Guy didn’t give a large coke and we got two, two cookies were not in bag and we got four in total and when I paid for more meat and cheese, I didn’t even get a proper portion to begin with so I guess they were being cheap today. Idk what happened today. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but will be the last.

  They were mopping the floor. Didn't tell customers floor was wet before coming down the stairs. Continued to mop while I was ordering. Asked me to step to the other side so he could mop where I was standing. Dangerous and unprofessional. Should be done when store is closed.

  I’ve eaten at many Subway locations across America but this one in Valley Stream was a complete disappointment. The elderly staff only spoke their native Bangladeshi and seemed very confused about ingredients. Restaurant was dirty and smelly. I’m never going back to this location.

  Have purchased many subs here and when I went to use my points for a free sub they informed me they don’t participate in the promo. The app allowed the order to be placed and I was not notified until I arrived. So disappointed and frustrated by this location.
