  Placed an order for delivery, and received the sadest sandwiches I’ve ever seen. I paid for double meat and got a total of 4 slices on my sandwich. That’s absolutely ridiculous, and the meatball sub we ordered had the smallest meatballs I’ve ever seen in my life, it was like eating pure bread. Not to mention it took 1 hr to place the order because their website won’t allow you to use gift cards and the app wouldn’t work either. I’m not sure how you can request and pay for extra everything and receive a ration sandwich, total joke. Tried to make a complaint online and there is no system for making complaints, no shocker there.

  Staff is kind of slow and sandwiches and wraps always messy. Sometimes make you feel like you’re bothering them

  Only one employee working the day I stopped in for lunch. The wait for service could have been best if more than one employee was working.
