  Best Western gets 1 star because my wife made reservations. Then on the 11th hour. They canceled and then referred her to quality inn off French road. Terrible management. If you dont have the room in the beginning. Why allow the room to be reserved in the first place???

  Hotel is below expectations so should have stayed somewhere else in the area. Concierge Sabrina was fantastic and made our stay bearable by switching us to another somewhat better room vs the one we had when we arrived.

  The breakfast service did not include beverages such as water or juice, as the beverage machine was out of service. However, the room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning functioned properly, and the location was highly convenient for local transit.

  We stayed at this BW location 1 night on our trip to Watkins Glen and the Finger Lakes region of NY. Our rooms were very clean and well appointed. We didn't find them outdated at all. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. They included a free breakfast, which is always an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends traveling through this area.

  While the staff was nice, the experience was not great. We got in late traveling with kids, and the room keys didn't work. It took over 15 min to resolve. Then I needed to run to my car and was locked out of the building, had to call staff to assist. Also, the building had no elevator. Rooms were acceptably clean, but barebones.
