  Unimpressive. Their food is okay at best. Not worth the pricing. They also have occasional issues with online ordering. The last time I visited this location, I was told that they hadn't received my order and could do nothing about making the food unless/until they did. I haven't been back since.

  I eat at the Subway on 77 Vandenburgh Ave in Troy nearly every day (usually around 5 PM) and the staff is consistently awesome — friendly, quick, and my order is always right. I went to another Subway in Watervliet one day and it was terrible, which really made me appreciate how well this Troy location is run. Hope the manager/owner recognizes the evening crew — they do a great job.
