  Every single time, I call for a part they put me on hold, and is the same person, i wait for 20 to 30 minutes, always we are so busy, I drove to the store while im in hold, and no customers, the manager is the worst, I be closing my business account with them.

  Waited for over 20 mins for someone to down obd sensor read. He said he’d be right out he just needed to help the next customer in line and seemed annoyed when I told him what my vehicle was as if he thought I was reminding him about the sensor, maybe I should have. Multiple customers came and went in that time and there were multiple people working. Seemed like a lot of was going on was more about talking to their regular customers and friends than it was about doing requested service that the store provides. If you can’t do the sensor read because you’re busy or whatever, then say you can’t. Don’t leave a customer outside for 20 mins.
