  This is, by very far, the best auto parts store in which I have ever shopped. All too often, the staff at an auto parts store will be dismissive and unwelcoming. I have the exact opposite experience every single time I visit this location. Every staff member I have dealt with is cordial, polite, and friendly. There are auto parts stores closer to my house, but the crew here makes the extra few miles more then worth it.

  I don’t usually write reviews unless I have an extraordinary experience. In this case, it was extraordinarily bad. I bought a can of spray paint here and when I got home to use it, the nozzle didn’t work properly and the paint came out extremely glossy. I’ve used this particular paint many, many times in the past, so I know it’s supposed to be matte. I brought it in to swap it out with another one. The guy I spoke with at the counter was helpful, but the manager told me it worked fine and was almost empty. Even though I had literally bought it the night before and had used it for less than ten seconds. I wasn’t given a receipt when I bought it, so the guy said he wasn’t going to do anything It’s partially on me for not asking for a receipt after he didn’t give me one, but this was clearly a defective product and the manager made it seem like I was trying to get something for free.
