Please note that this rating is not a judgement on the staff at the store but on the product and its continued failure. Staff at the store is great…. I have now gone though 3 sets (18 batteries in total) of “Die Quickly”…. I mean Diehard/Advanced golf cart batteries in the last 3 yrs. Purchased a set in 2023, failed in 2024 just outside its warranty. Purchased another set in 2024, those failed in 2025. When you ask?…. “Just outside its warranty again” Purchase another set is 2025 which brings us to today 8/22/26. Brought the batteries down and was informed that they are J.U.N.K. Warranty expired in May 2026…. I asked the staff member if there is anything he can do? Response- “I can give you a discount on your next set if that helps” Reply- “ No thank you, i dont want to return again next year and be in the same position ” Shame on me for continuing to buy their product..

Obscure part, but they had it on hand for a fair price.
