  Exceptional customer service at this location. Truly Exceptional. All ofThe employees at this store are helpful, efficient and professional. The manager went above and beyond to help me with an expensive shipment to Italy. I can't say enough about how helpful she was. I will only use this location for any future needs.

  I had to fax four important pages to Soc Sec Medic. I asked for a cover page which I filled out with notes explaining what I was sending. Gave all to the service rep and she did the faxing for me, no fuss or muss, in less than five minutes. How convenient was that !

  Ralph has an attitude that is unreal. Pack and ship store? But can’t tape the box I bring in. Made me buy tape. Gave an attitude. Wasn’t ready for me when I brought the tape I had to purchase up to the counter. He met me with attitude when I came in with a pleasurable attitude. I feel it was really unnecessary. Being met with terrible attitude and customer service in a customer service environment is absolutely unacceptable. It cost $0 dollars to be nice. Super disappointed. Hopefully he can maybe go through customer service training again for a refresher.
