  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the UPS Store in Tonawanda, and I felt it was worth sharing—especially because great customer service like this really stands out. I went in to return an Amazon package, expecting a routine, somewhat tedious process. Instead, I was met with a team that was not only efficient but genuinely welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly attitude and were ready to help right away, even though the store was fairly busy and about to close. What impressed me most was how smooth they made the Amazon return process. Amazon was making it very difficult for both me and the store with my fairly large return. The owner helped me process the return and actually took the time to speak with customer service on my behalf. Total girl boss! The staff’s patience and positivity really made a difference. If you’re in the Tonawanda area and need to ship something or handle an Amazon return, I highly recommend this UPS Store. Fast, friendly, and truly top-notch service.
