  Kamal Minhas was so rude, never have I had a person tell me he not going to help me or didn't care what happens to me. I had Allstate for almost 10 years and this Agency was so nice to me when I first moved to New York. They had my Auto and Home insurance when me and my husband bought our first house but now that I've moved to another state, and did everything I needed to do to register under another state. License plate mail back to the NY DMV via the instructions on the DMV website, new auto insurance in the state I live in, cancel old Auto insurance policy. Called Allstate to get this done told it would be cancelled on the 16 of this month. Policy is still active called the number in the email saying I have to pay on the first ( which didn't not make sense because it's supposed to be cancelled) called having a man tell me options I can't use ( because license plate are already mailed) so I can't mail them to this agency. Tell me he won't cancel because I didn't mail my license plate to them. Saying he not going to help me because all I wanted was to have to policy cancel like I requested for the 16 of this month. Then he proceeded to hang up on me saying I'm going to cancel it today but I feel sorry for you. Just rude and not helpful.

  37 years ago I purchased builders insurance thru Allstate with Michael Dearing and I couldn't be more happy with him and his staff. I think Mike was a bit younger than myself at the time and he is "retired" these days or at least that is what it looks like. He was the ONLY one to offer me the builders insurance on our new home at the time (1989) so his faith in us is being returned to him still 37 years later. I will not look elsewhere for this as Allstate has done me well. Never a claim or any issues with them. I always have prompt, very courteous conversations with them and always happy in the end. I trust them with my cars and my home.

  They displayed a top-notch customer service. Although I could not get my vehicle insured with them because my license is still new, they took their time to put me through the whole process and also suggested alternative insurance agencies...

  I've been a customer for nearly 30 years. The full staff is always pleasant, and helpful. No matter the reason for the call, whether to make a pay, file a claim, or asking a question, I'm always made a priority. Promised call backs are always timely, and every issue I've had with my home or auto has been tackled with professionalism and understanding.
